- Sanitiser, Face mask & Tissue available at all times.
- Sanitiser used to wipe down hard surfaces, Phone, Keyboard etc.
- Staff are to take shoes off before entering the customers premises or worksite.
- Staff to wear masks and sanitise hands before entering customers home.
- will not touch or make unnecessary contact with surfaces in customers premises.
- Customer care is available via email to answer any questions.
- Warehouse staff have gloves and sanitisers available at all times.
- For the safety of customers & courier staff, delivery of your rug will be contactless with no signature needed.
- When possible, rugs will be left in a safe place.
