Rugs can also be subject to shedding, specifically rugs made from tencel, lyocell, acrylic, viscose and wool. Shedding gradually stops over some time.
We recommend using an anti-slip on every rug, this prevents slippage and potential hazards in the household.
Rug Shipping Policy
What is our delivery fee for rugs?
Shipping is FREE* for most of major Australian cities, as we cover up to 10% of the value of your order for freight. For example: if your total order value is $2000.00 ex GST we will cover freight up to $200.00 most orders and most customers the freight will be Free, some customer may have to pay a gap fee.
NO ORDER MINIMUMS, we dispatch any rug, any size, the freight gap fee is passed down to the customer.
How to Track Your Rugs?
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the order has been picked up by a courier company from our warehouse, this may take 2 - 3 days for tracking number to be provided. Once scanned in the tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may monitor the location and progress of your order.
If items are not received within 7 business days, please contact Universal Floors with your order number and tracking details.
How long will it take ?
Most items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, In some cases all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package, freight can take up to 7 business Days.
Flooring Delivery Policy
What is our delivery fee for Flooring?
For flooring freight fees, we cover up to 10% of your total order amount. For example: if your total order value is $2000.00 ex GST we will cover freight up to $200.00 the remaining Gap payment will be invoiced to you and dispatched once payment has been made.
